Normally the pic of the day is something that I shot but these are just too epic for words. I found this pic randomly online and have no clue who took it. It’s some first generation remz with fiziks. I wish that remz would make their new skates looks like this. Just do this exact same thing and add a buckle.
Most people would say Dustin Latimer is the greatest rollerblader of all time, and I would have to agree with those people. This is Lat at the end of his blade career and he was still blowing minds.
The first of many Winterclash edits to come out. Whats to say Nils won, a bunch of dudes dressed up like Farmer, Cj and Eisler were there and they even flew Sneaky out! Can’t wait to see more footage, I’ll just post more edits in this thread as they come out.
Keane’s style is just so sick! Does he have a blade sponsor? If not why? Either way I’d love to see a full part from him asap.
The Hoedown was the shit back in the day, it was the biggest comp going at the time. All the big time dudes would be there just pushing skating to the next level. This edit brought back a lot of great memories. RIP Eisenbergs.
The homie Nick has been doing a lot of work with the conference lately. Stoked to see some of the old local dudes shredding in this. And it always a pleasure to see Mike Koliner on blades. That top soul drop 3 porn was so fucking sick.
Charlie and I may be 30 but we still managed to grind this 14 stair in the presidio this weekend. Felt good to actually grind a real rail after about 2 months off the blades. It was sick because security rolled up, and said ” gotta go”. Charlie says ” one more try”, dude says cool, which is rare. Then he laces and we are out. No time for flashes but still got this shot.
Whoever uploaded this is the fucking man. I remember getting this exact one! Check out the full catalog here. There is so much awesome shit in there. Green senate widelegs, puffy 976 jacket, fatty pros, HARDLINE , pawn wrist guards, blood, cds, heavy, and VG 6 was the video on sale! Not to mention Villarino swagin hawrd on the cover in a beater. Such a classic time in blading.
I’m digging these edits coming from 285. I’m guessing it’s either Sizemore or Olmstead making these, who knows. Either way it’s nice to see the ATL scene is still alive and well. The last time I was down in ATL was back in the VG days when DAP was filming that insane Steve Jones part. So stuff from down there just always make me think of videgroove.
It looks like the Valo dudes are uploading all of Valo 4 to the interweb. Thanks guys. Why not start by watching Soichiro show you proper skating technique.
