Dama, dancing, and juggling all in one. This is definitely a fresh new way to shred some dama.
Looks like some of the footage from Dama fest made it to japanese television. Pretty hilarious seeing Jake balance a dama on a beer with a giant question mark over it while in dolores park.
This was amazing, Imada rules and Ballard straight up killed it. The history of kendama is one of the things I’ve always loved about it. When I first starting playing coming across something like this about kendama that was in english, would have been impossible. It’s rad that kendama is growing and the japanese scene and american scene are mixing.
The homies on Japanese TV shredding dama. This is so bad ass, wish I was there for this. I need to get to Japan asap.
I know everyone can’t wait to get their new earth blue Mugen. That blue is looking pretty damn good. Tamotsu, who took this pic said they will be mailed out on the 31st so in about 2 weeks they should be here in the states. So excited too see how they are compared to the old.
So here it is folks. The new Mugen! This color is called Earth blue and will only be availible on this first run. You can only get one if you bought a tama or won a mugen during the Gloken auction. I’ve heard from other homies that some of the colors they have in store will blow your damn mind! Also I know they will be releasing jumbos as well. These Earth Blues are coming in at $130 which seems a bit high but if they can rival the quality of the old mugens $130 is a deal. It looks like the tried to make some improvements as well. From redesigning the logo, changing the slip stop, adding a new stringing method, and even a hole in the bottom cup. I can’t wait to get my hands on one and see how these things shred.

Tour is getting really really close so Jake and I made this video to give you guys a heads up on what is going down. For all other info just stayed tuned to the event page. See you guys on the road!
Dama on some japanese tv show. Wish I knew what they were saying! I love that they are all wearing matching JKA shirts. Awesome to see that they have a girl in the crew as well.
If you own a kendama in America and you don’t know who Colin is you are basically fucking up. When I first started he was one of the only players in the US actually making videos. He was and still is one of my major sources of inspiration in the kendama game. I’m stoked to say he is a close friend and a homie for life. Sit back and watch how a legend does it.
These high school kids interviewed Wiens and Mash for this documentary piece they made for school. Mash’s part was probably my favorite. Nice to see some younger kids in SF actually getting down.
