Alcatraz Boat Rescue/Bachelor Party

As a lot of you already know this past weekend I got married. The wedding was amazing and went off without a hitch. But the bachelor party was a different story. My brother rented a boat that did beer tasting and would just cruise around the bay at night. Well we basically hit a rock off alcatraz and the boat started to sink. The coast guard came in and got us all off the boat safely. Once we got to land all the news cameras were there and then the thing went viral. East coast family called the next day and saw me on Good morning america and then the next thing I know its EVERYWHERE. NY post, Washington Post, Huffington Report, Drudge Report and the list really goes on! The thing even went international showing up in papers as far as the UK and the Philippines. Growing up I never really liked boats but I did always love the movie escape from alcatraz. I used to watch that movie over and over again when it was on tv. Now if you google ” alcatraz boat rescue” my mug pops up which is really insane to me. Here is a link to the Huffington post report where you can see one of the videos. Truly an insane start to an amazing wedding. No more boats for me for a long long time.
